- Looks like you're making 'Indian Macaroni' though in the pasta world it may technically be different. - I fondly remember having this version in one of the road side eating joints while in Delhi. - Bon Appetite. But if I were you Id refrain from glorifying a half baked attempt to make authentic pasta and pass it off as original pasta. Van
